To view BTSidekick in full screen and/or be able to rotate the program when device is rotated you need to disable Compatibility Mode. Depending on the version of your Blackberry Operating System you will do this one of two ways:
- Select the BTSidekick Application on your Storm and tap on the Menu (Blackberry button). You need to tap on the Menu button, do not open the BTSidekick Application. Turn Compatibility Off (uncheck the box). By default this option is On.
- Go to Options --> Advanced Options --> Applications --> BTSidekick - Do not tap on BTSidekick, tap on the Menu button (Blackberry). Select 'Disable Compatibility Mode'.
