BTSidekick does not work on
my Corporate BlackBerry Phone. What can I do?
BlackBerry devices use BlackBerry Enterprise Servers to check corporate email,
but not all Servers are configured to permit data connections outside of corporate
firewalls. To fix this, you'll need to contact your BlackBerry administrators and
ask them to allow data connections to the following URL's:
- http://sidekickapi.btsidekick.com
- http://my.navizon.com/Webapps/MergeService/LocateMe.aspx
- http://maps.google.com
- http://routes.blackberry.com
- http://m.btsidekick.com/btsidekick/aboutcontent.html
